This number is harassing me as well since 3 November 2017 on a daily basis. If you google this you will find that it was been brought under Vodacom's attentention since 2015 but nothing has been done about it.

I think everyone here needs to lay a complaint at ICASA for abusing end users and then also under the new Consumer Act should ICASA not do their job. https://www.icasa.org.za/

Apparently advises you of a MTN / Telkom deal where they have joined to give you a wonderful 3G data deal with free minutes and 100 free sms and so forth for R99...line is very faint... Can't confirm anything via e-mail but wants to do the deal over the phone in order to activate this a.s.a.p. Limited offer to only a selected few! You apparently keep your MTN number and don't need to convert to Telkom either but the deal goes via Telkom...don't give your details out peeps...sounds like a scam...

They pretended to be from Telkom. I phoned Telkom to cancel the contract and Telkom did not have me on their system. I phoned the number and it does not work.
