I received a message from this number and when I try to call it back, it says incorrect number

Scam artist sending flash SMS which self deletes and reports to sender when read. Harassment and invasion of privacy. It lets the sender know that you are active on that number at that time.

This f*cken number use to pop up when i call and i recieved a call ..and i called mtn they told me they haven't sent any message according to their record now i dont who are f*cken busted is this..if mtn cant fix this im gonna leave this f*cken damn stupid network
