Caller: This number 010 003 7999

I have received this number 010 003 7999 yesterday a lady answered and possed to be a SARS agent I think is scam

Man alleging he was from SARS. Had some confidential information. Fairly sure it was fraudulent.

Caller: 010 003 7999

A lady phoned me on my cellphone this morning. Saying she was from the tracing department at SARS and wanted to confirm my company's contact details.

She then started asking for the director information so i told her i am not 100% sure that she is from SARS and will not give her any information over the phone.

I called the number back and the voice message says it is SARS. I selected the option to speak to an agent and it went to a voicemail messaging system for 083 736 7437.

Because i did not leave a voicemail, the call cut.

Definitely sounds like a scam.

I called the number back, automatically rejected the call

This is a SCAM.
SARS never call. They send formal letters.

Some lady by the name Hawukele called this morning claiming she from sars Witbank she was speaking isiZulu.

She said I'm owing sars R73 000 and I must make payment arrangements soon. told her I'm not working and never worked. She just hang up (dropped the call) guess I was not a catch....could tell there's something fishy . It's a SCAM

She called me this morning saying they are doing a survey for SARS. Her number is 010 003 7999

Caller: Lady claimed she was from SARS, called on a Saturday.

Asked for private information. They claimed documentation is outstanding which is not true.

Caller: Analeez Marshal

Got a call from this Analeez Marshal claiming that she is from SARS

Hi, I received the exact same call today. Had my name, and said thank you for submitting your return in these tough times and commented on me receiving a refund. I just responded and said: I submit efiling and the process works well. Thank you Bye. Has anything come of your call from last year?

This is an old lady she sounded .She called me today asking me to confirm my email address so she can send me what I owe to Sars.I told her to go to hell since when sars call people?
After all I know I have submitted all my books and I know I am up to date.

Got a call from an older female. Claiming i owe R148k, she was very deurmekaar. Definitely a scam!!

A lady called me this morning saying that someone is trying to acsses my personal details on sars

Called saying he's from SARS had company information, saying the company owes PAYE which isn't true.

SARS does'nt call you. So if you get this call don't pay into an account given to you by them.

Caller: A man apparently from SARS

A man called claiming he was from sars and I owe R24k from rent I received from my rental.
It didn’t seem legit. Certain it is a scammer.

Being Harrased by this number since yesterday, claiming to be from SARS, Had some personal information about me, Wanting me to come to JHB urgently, hasnt sent a formal letter with a reference number as yet, I think its a scam as i called SARS that number isnt listed on their system. Anyone here has any other information regarding this matter..
