Been receiving calls from this number for a few days but the line gets cut as soon as you answer or when you call back

I don't like receiving calls from unknown numbers. When I received a call from this number - I thought it was someone who has my number which I didn't save into my phone - I answered. Instead of saying "hello", I waited for a sound from the other side. I head nothing for one moment and the line was suddenly cut.
