its those idiotic fake lawyers on behalf of SABC. Not really on behalf, as they just bought the debtors book from the SABC, which they use to try extort money from you for unpaid tv licences. I have been begging them for years to actually sue me, but they prefer to just call endlessly. They have a warehouse full of call-centre agents who numbly sit and dial people up.
