Very rude debt collector who calls numerous times a day even after arrangement was made

I also received 2 calls but when I return the call its on voice mail

calls at 8pm demanding payments on accounts that's been paid up for years. Very very very rude

I been receiving daily calls for the last two weeks now saying that my TV license was not paid for the last two years. Everytime I tell the person that they have the wrong person, but the calling doesn't stop.

I called back number 078 279 1633 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
