Caller: Brooks and Luyt Attorneys This is a bunch of con artists masquerading as a law firm. They specialise in buying up prescribed debt for next to nothing and then attempting to recover this debt, even though that deplorable practice is now illegal. They also keep calling after you claim prescription - yet another illegal practice. Their approach is to use a system of harassment, whereby they phone you at least once a day. They also phone from several different numbers around the country, so it doesn't help to block only one. I have had to create several contacts for them, as my phone allows a maximum of 20 numbers per contact. I currently have 68 numbers for them.
