I received a call from a Lorraine from MTN at 17:10 on Thursday, 21 February 2019. She tried to sell me a cel phone package. I told her politely that I'm not interested, and she just dropped the phone.

I answered and there was absolute silence. Tried calling back but it does not even ring.

I called back. No dial tone.
