They are offering lower debit orders and that you can save up to 60% on your per month expenses? Not sure how true this is and if they put you under debt review or something? Can anyone advise?

I received a call from this number but hang up before I could answer. When trying to call back, it's only a beep sound.

I called the number back but there was no answer. I can just hear the background noise.
