offering a fake insurance

This is a debt consolidation company thats calls people and would ask if they have any accounts they paying and if yes they then offer to assist in negotiating discounts on client's behalf. Obviously there is something in for them! A lady who called me wasn't rude at all, I just politely told her "no thank you" and we ended the call.

i will say rude and scam because i called back and the number does not exist

annoying calls offering debt consolidation and doesn't take NOT INTERESTED for an answer

Receives a call from this number and then when you answer the phone is put down and when you call back the number does not exists .

Incredibly rude when I said no and then put the phone done on me only for some other agent to start calling me AGAIN!

This number just wont stop ringing my phone. I called the number back and spoke to this debt advisor. Apparently, they need to update their records as they are looking for someone I dont even know.
